Meet Pete. He's the latest addition to the PMG team and we're thrilled to have him. He's got a face that is made for the camera (literally), so we asked him to help us talk about OOH marketing.

Out-of-home (OOH) marketing is media that people see while out walking, driving, biking, riding mass transit, attending events, or strolling large, public facilities. It's advertisements that capitalize on humans moving around in the world.

Common OOH examples are billboards, transit terminals and vehicles, street furniture, and kiosks. But there are plenty of unique advertising OOH opportunities too: blimps, theater marquees, shopping mall storefronts, murals, rideshares, gas pumps, etc.

OOH doesn't mean outdoor. It just means outside of your home and outside of the screen on your personal devices.

When it comes to your marketing, pick and mix what forms of advertising work best for your brand. Make sure that it incorporates a mix of digital, OOH, and traditional marketing, and connects all of your chosen platforms so they can work together to deliver your message.

ProMedia is here to help, no matter what your marketing need.

Conquering Your On-Camera Fear

We're bringing Katie's video back to life from the YouTube crypt. It's full of great tips to help overcome any fears you may have of being in front of the camera. Katie's a former news anchor and is currently an account manager at ProMedia, so she knows a thing or two about delivering a message on camera. Leave the fright to Halloween night.

The PMG Story

This year, ProMedia celebrates 35 years in business. To put that in perspective, we've been in business longer than most of our employees have been alive. Regardless, we're proud of our history and look forward to our future. We're stronger than ever and have no plans on slowing down.

We recently went through the PMG archives and created a timeline featuring some of the highlights from the last 3.5 decades.
